  Each year, the Foreign Language Association of Virginia 
  (FLAVA) recognizes at its annual conference, the World 
  Language Educator, who enthusiastically and effectively 
  made a difference in teaching world languages modern 
  or classical language.
  
  This year, FLAVA is moving its annual conference to 
  Williamsburg, VA. 
  
  The FLAVA Awards Committee invites you to nominate a 
  teacher, a friend, a colleague, even a business who 
  has shown commitment to foreign language education, 
  assessments or teaching. 
  
  The following are the prestigious awards for which 
  you can submit your nomination for: 
   
  *  David E. Cox Excellence in Teaching K-12 Award
  * The Helen Warriner-Burke FLAVA Distinguished 
          Service Award
  * The Marshall Brannon FLAVA Excellence in Teaching 
          Award, Post-Secondary
  * Flava - Friend of Education Award
